These are sooo delicious..they have the perfect touch of pumpkin flavor but are also super moist and fluffy!

Ingredients
¾ cup coconut flour
¼ cup coconut sugar
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground gloves
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup pumpkin puree
6 eggs
¼ cup coconut milk
¼ cup coconut oil
2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
optional- dark chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tray with liners
2. Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until mixed.
3. Pour the mix into the muffin liners and if you want you can add a few chocolate chips.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.
