
This recipe is perfect for the holidays! The delicious gingerbread flavor will definitely put you in the Christmas spirit. You can enjoy it with a nice cup of tea or coffee.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup organic almond flour
1/2 cup arrowroot
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
1tbsp blackstrap molasses
Method
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor
On a parchment paper, place the dough on the sheet and form into a oval shape, 1/2 inch thick.
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Let cool, and then cut into slices.
Place back in oven for a 15 more minutes to get the rest of it crispy.
