The last 8 years she has been studying different holistic and healing modalities that look at the body, mind and spirit: from functional and corrective exercise to Reiki. Her passion is to help guide people how to transition into living a holistic lifestyle that is enjoyable, energizing, and healing to the body. Her passion is cooking delicious food that is not only nutrient dense but taste yummy, she loves to share easy yet simple recipes with the community to inspire people to cook homemade meals.
