My mom made me this smoothie and its now my current obsession! I even crave it like if it was a treat. I absolutely love the flavors and you barely taste the touch of cilantro.
Ingredients
1 cup of coconut water
1 tsp blue or green spirulina
1 small handful cilantro
1 handful of frozen blueberries
4-5 pieces of frozen pineapple
This smoothie contains antioxidants & helps detox heavy metals.
