Vanilla Macarons

Gluten Free- Dairy Free


Ingredients

1. 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2. 3/4 cup almond flour

3. 1/4 cup coconut nectar

4. 1/2 tbsp vanilla

5. 1/4 cup coconut oil


Method

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together

2. Use a cookie scoop to make each macaroon

3. Bake at 250F for 50-60 min
