If you like drinking "golden milks" than you'll love this Fall inspired version with added pumpkin spice mix.
Total Time: 5 minutes/ Serving 2
1 ½ cup coconut milk
2 tsp pumpkin puree
2 tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp collagen
1. In a small sauce pan heat the coconut milk on medium heat.
2. Add the spices and pumpkin puree and whisk well.
3. Place the mixture into a blender, add the honey and collagen and blend until frothy.
