
Ingredients
1. 1 cup Tigernut flour 2. 1 egg 3. 1/4 cup coconut nectar 4. 1/4 cup coconut butter 5. 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice 6. Bake for 15 min at 350F
Method
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredient with an electric hand mixer
2. Use a dough roller to roll out the dough and gingerbread cookie cutters to create each cookie
3. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes
