Greens are so important to add into your daily diet, this is why this frittata is a great recipe because there is so many sneaky greens in it!
½ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp Himalayan salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup parsley, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup kale, chard, or arugula, chopped (or any greens of choice)
2 green onion, sliced
1 tbsp avocado oil or ghee
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and add all spices and chopped greens. Stir until you get a batter.
3. Heat a 10” cast iron or stainless steel pan for 3 minutes and pour in the avocado oil or ghee.
4. Pour the egg mix and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
5. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 7 minutes.
