Raw Chocolate

Make your own chocolate and you don't need to worry about the soy lecithin, cane sugar, or any nasties they put in chocolate bars!


Ingredients:

-1/2 cup Organic Raw Cacao Butter

-1/2 cup Fermented Coconut Oil

-1/2 cup Raw Cacao Powder

-1/4 cup Raw Honey: Sweetener is really up to you! You can use honey, coconut nectar, monkfruit, stevia.

- A silicone mold

-Optional: you can add lucuma powder, vanilla extract, goji berries, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or an essential oil such as wild orange... you can be creative as you want!


Method:

-Use a double boiler to melt raw cacao butter

- Stir in the coconut oil so it can mix

-Pour in the cacao powder or any dry powders you may want to add such as lucuma

-Add sweetener of choice (you can give it a taste and see if it is sweet enough for you)

-Pour the mix into the mold, you can now add any toppings you might want to add.

-Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours to harden!
