Once a week I like to incorporate some Wild Caught Salmon into my diet. Its loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, its good for brain & heart health.
When it comes to cooking salmon, I marinate it with garlic, pepper, Celtic sea salt, paprika, and coconut aminos.
I stick it in the oven for about 15-20 min and it's done!
I usually have some vegetables on the side or a mixed salad. The picture above has watercress, carrots, avocado, and sauerkraut with olive oil and apple cider vinegar as dressing.
