Keto Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with superfoods and healthy fats so it will keep you full longer and keep your blood sugar stable.


1 cup nut milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1/2 avocado

2 tbsp Great Lakes collagen

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 tsp lucuma powder

1 tsp cinnamon powder

stevia to taste

optional- shot of coffee


Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth & creamy!
