Valentine's Day is usually a day filled with candy and sugar, but there are tons of cute, healthy, and fun ideas you can make for Valentine's Day that you can enjoy with your loved one and friends.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chip
1 tbsp of coconut nectar or raw honey
Method
In a saucepan over low-med heat melt the coconut oil then add the chocolate chips to melt
Gently stir in your sweetener of choice
After dipping your strawberries in the chocolate you can sprinkle them with cacao nibs/shredded coconut/goji berries/nuts
Place in fridge so it can harden
Rose-Carob Date Balls
1 cup of dates
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp carob powder
1 tsp vanilla
Shredded coconut
Method
Blend all the ingredients in a Blendtec small jar or food processor
Once you make the balls you can roll it in a bowl mixed with rose and shredded coconut.
