Now that summer is coming and the heat has started in Miami, we are definitley going to be craving smoothies, ice cream, and cold food.

4 frozen bananas
2 cups frozen mango
1/3 cup almond milk
2 tsp spirulina powder (you won't even taste it)!
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until creamy. If you are using a Vitamix you can use the stick to mix all the ingredients well. It takes some time for the ingredients to mix and become ice cream consistency, so be patient!
-Spirulina works great to detox heavy metals out of the body and its high in iron! which is great if you suffer from anemia.
-Mangos are high in vitamins A, C, E, B-complex & help to alkalinize the body by flushing out toxic acids.
