Who doesn't love a good brownie? This one is special because it has NO flour, refined sugars, processed cocoa, or hydrogenated oils. It is packed with healthy fats and protein.
2 eggs 1 ripe avocado 3 tbsp almond butter 1/4 cup raw cacao powder or carob 1/3 cup coconut sugar or choice of sweetner 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp himalayan salt
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until foamy. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk with an electric whisker or blender until it has reached a batter consistency. If its too dry you can add 1/4 cup coconut oil. 2. Place parchment over your mold and pour the batter.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
