Flourless Almond Butter Cookies

These are great to pack as a snack or as a dessert!


1/2 cup organic raw & creamy almond butter (no oil, no sugar)

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 egg


1. Preheat the oven to 350F and lay a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. In small blender, place all the ingredients and blend well.

3. Scoop about 1 tbsp of the dough on to the parchment paper (it is normal that it looks just like almond butter).

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

5. Store in the refrigerator.

FYI, it is normal that they are soft, after all they are made with no flour but they taste delicious!
