What I drink instead of coffee....

We all want a yummy hot drink in the morning, but not everyone does well on caffeine in the morning. I finally created a drink that satisfies that morning craving, not only does it taste yummy, but its packed with nourishing ingredients.

Chaga benefits:

Collagen benefits:

-Helps heal leaky gut

-Anti aging

-Joint health

-Strengthens nails, skin, and hair

-Boosts metabolism

-Builds muscle & helps repair tissue


  1. 1 Tsp organic chaga powder (I use sunpotion)

  2. 2 Scoops vital protein collagen creamer vanilla flavor

  3. Liquid stevia

  4. 1 Cup of hot water

  5. Cinnamon powder


  1. In a cup, put 1 tsp of chaga with a little bit of hot water and leave set for 15 min (this make the nutrients of the chaga more bioavailable)

  2. In a blender, add 2 scoops of vital protein collagen creamer, 4 drops liquid stevia, a heaped spoon of cinnamon.

  3. After the 15 minutes, top of the cup with the rest of hot water.

  4. Blend all ingredients together and voila!
