Cauliflower pizza, cauliflower tortilla, cauliflower risotto, i mean why not try cauliflower bagels?! since we can make anything out of cauliflower these days! LOL
These make a great snack that you can eat with avocado, cream cheese, or even some jam! Pair it with some eggs for breakfast.. the choices are endless. Make a few batches and freeze them, to have on hand!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a donut/bagel mold.
3. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower rice, coconut flour, baking soda, and oil. Then add the whisked eggs.
4. Place the mixture in your old or form into circles and use your index finger to make a hole in the center to form the bagel.
5. Top with everything bagel seasoning.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
