Berry-licious Smoothie!

This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamin, and minerals. It’s a great snack or breakfast option.

Ingredients

1 cup nut milk

2 tbsp Great Lakes collagen

½ frozen banana

2 tbsp almond butter

handful of spinach

¼ cup frozen mixed berries

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract



Method

1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.
