It's mango season in Florida!!! I am not the biggest fan of mangos but since I was gifted a few and did not know what to do with them I decided to my something I love.... ice cream! It cannot get simpler than this recipe.
1 can coconut milk
shredded coconut (optional for topping)
In a blender add the peeled mango pieces and coconut milk. Blend until combined.
If you have an ice cream maker you can pour the mixture into the ice cream maker, and it will be done in 15 minutes. I have the this one.
If you dont have an ice cream maker, dont worry you can just put the mixture in a freezer in a container and wait a few hours.
*Another option is making popsicles out of the mixture, all you need to buy is the popsicle molds and in a few hours your mango popsicle will be ready!
